Data controller

Data processed

The name, phone, email, project location and description you share in the quote form. Information you send by WhatsApp or phone is processed for the same purpose.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed to answer your quote requests, prepare a site visit and quote, and communicate with you. The legal basis is that it is necessary for entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest.

Transfer and retention

Your data is not shared with third parties unless legally required. After the quote process ends it is kept for the legal retention periods and then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, and to request correction, deletion and to object. You can send your requests by phone or WhatsApp on 0 531 029 12 84.

Cookie notice

Our site loads no cookies other than those necessary for it to work, and small settings kept in your browser to remember your choices (language, light/dark mode). Google Analytics, used for visit statistics, loads only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie notice.
