Formwork concrete and ground slabs, on land and on the coast.
Günhan Yapı İnşaat builds mooring blocks for marinas, ground slabs at marina and quay sites, and formwork concrete and ground slabs for industrial and residential projects.
Two services, one crew
Formwork, reinforcement and concrete come together in the same crew, so scheduling and quality control stay in one hand.

Formwork concrete: mooring blocks, walls, columns and beams
Mooring blocks for marinas, and the structural elements of residential, housing estate and industrial buildings.
Formwork concrete service
Ground slabs: floors ready for forklifts and heavy loads
From subgrade preparation to troweling, joint cutting and curing, for warehouse, factory, port and marina sites.
Ground slab serviceWhere we work

- Marinas and yacht harbours
- Mooring blocks that hold the boats, and marina ground slabs. With concrete and cover suited to seawater exposure.
- Ports and quays
- Quay and storage area slabs. Ground slabs designed for container and heavy vehicle loads.
- Industrial plants, warehouses and factories
- Flat, wear-resistant industrial floors for forklift traffic and racking loads.
- Villas, housing estates and residential projects
- Basement and retaining walls, column-beam-slab formwork, car park and plant room floors.
- Contractors and construction firms
- Formwork concrete and ground slab packages as a subcontractor. Crew plans follow your schedule.

How we work
Every job follows the same five steps. You always know which stage you are at.
Site visit and needs
We see the site and collect project and load information. You can also send photos and drawings on WhatsApp.
Quote and quantities
We prepare an itemised written quote. Scope, materials, time and payment plan are stated clearly.
Planning and safety
Schedule, crew, equipment and safety measures are settled before the pour.
Works
Formwork, reinforcement and the pour proceed in order. Dimensions and placement are checked at every stage.
Inspection and handover
Formwork is stripped, and surface and dimensions are checked. We do the handover inspection together with you.
Why Günhan Yapı?
We focus on two jobs
We only do formwork concrete and ground slabs. Our crew and equipment planning is built around these two jobs.
We account for coastal concrete
Seawater, salt and humidity change the concrete class, cover and curing choice. We plan that difference from the start.
Everything is written in the quote
Scope, unit price and time are in the quote. You see what is included before work starts.
Safety on site
The safety plan is ready before work starts. The crew works with personal protective equipment.
Frequently asked questions
What is a mooring block?
A mooring block is a concrete weight that holds a boat or buoy to the seabed by chain in marinas and bays. It stays in place by its own weight and the chain is attached through its connection ring.
Block weight and size depend on the boat, the seabed and local weather and wave conditions. That is why we cannot give one size for all cases; we need some information before quoting. See our mooring block article for details.
What is formwork concrete?
Formwork concrete means pouring fresh concrete into a pre-built formwork system so it takes the required shape, and holding it there until it hardens. Structural elements such as walls, columns, beams and slabs are made this way. See our formwork concrete page for details.
What is ground slab concrete?
Ground slab concrete is concrete poured directly on the ground and driven over by vehicles, forklifts and equipment. Besides strength, flatness, surface hardness and joint layout matter. See our ground slab page for details.
Why is concrete different in coastal structures?
Seawater and salty air expose the reinforcement inside concrete to corrosion. For this reason the concrete class, cover and curing are set more strictly in coastal structures. The project specification defines the requirements; we build the formwork and pour plan around them.
What do you need to give a quote?
The project location, the type of work (formwork concrete, ground slab or both) and the approximate size are enough. Drawings, photos and a target schedule make the quote faster and clearer. You can send the details by form, phone or WhatsApp.
