What Information Is Needed for a Concrete Quote?

In short

The project location, type of work and approximate size are enough to start a quote. If there are no drawings, photos and a short description speed up the site visit. A firm price needs a site visit and project information.

For formwork concrete

The following information speeds up the quote:

  • The project location
  • Element types (walls, columns, beams, slabs, mooring blocks)
  • Approximate quantities
  • Architectural and structural drawings if you have them
  • The surface quality required
  • Target schedule

For ground slabs

For ground slabs these stand out:

  • The size of the area (m²)
  • The intended use and expected loads (forklift, racking, containers)
  • The condition of the subgrade
  • The surface type you want (troweled, broom finish, etc.)
  • Drainage and slope requirements
  • Target schedule

If you have no drawings

Share photos of the site, approximate dimensions and the intended use. We clarify the rest together at the site visit. You can also send photos and drawings on WhatsApp.

How does the quote arrive?

After the site visit we send the scope, materials, time and payment plan in writing, item by item. To start, fill in the quote form, call us or message us on WhatsApp.
